How long does coaching last?
It's flexible. Some clients do a one-time deep-dive + follow-up. Others work with me for months as they build and scale. We'll tailor it to your needs.

Do you build the system for me?
Coaching focuses on guidance and review. If you need hands-on development, check out Full Automation & Custom Software.

Can you review my existing code/infrastructure?
Absolutely. Bring it all — Python scripts, execution bots, data pipelines, whatever you've got. I'll review and optimize.

What if I'm not technical?
No problem. I'll help you design the system and recommend whether you should build it yourself, hire a dev, or use my automation services.

What's your background?
10+ years building trading systems, rule engines, and automation tools. I've shipped connectors for IB, Binance, and custom execution engines. I also do AML/MLRO consulting for PSPs/EMIs, so I understand compliance, risk, and operational discipline.

Pricing

Coaching is custom-priced based on scope and frequency.

Typical engagement:

  • Monthly retainer (4 sessions): €1,200–€2,500
  • Full buildout support (8–12 weeks): €3,000–€8,000
